Smart meter technology is relatively new and untested. We are being used as the guinea pigs. Fortunately there are many people researching and providing information about their effects on us. Template for Non-Consent and Removal

This new document process was developed by an awake lawyer in New York, and we are reposting so it is widely available.

You can use it to state and enforce your Non-Consent for a “smart” / “advanced” / “AMI” meter, your demand for removal (if there is a meter where you live) and to notify the recipients that they are liable – in their individual capacity – for all harm caused.

Whether your utility has installed a “smart” meter on your home, or you still have an analog meter, use the document process below to claim and demand your rights.
